Antonio "Tony" Jenkins, Director of Transportation

Mr. Bullard obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lenoir Comm. College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously 

Mr. Bullard obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lenoir Comm. College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously served as the Public Safety/ EMT Instructor for the Public Schools of Robeson County based on the campus of Robeson Co. Career Center.  In this role he equips classes of high school seniors the skills to become certified as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician. Jody also serves on various board in the county and community and enjoys helping others.

Tony was born and raised in Long Island NY and joined the military on November 25, 1994 and served our country until September 2016.  While in the Army, Tony became a master mechanic, transportation manager and Jumpmaster (Airborne) out of Fort Liberty. He has been deployed to Kosovo (Yugoslavia), Iraq four times and Afghanistan. After re

Tony was born and raised in Long Island NY and joined the military on November 25, 1994 and served our country until September 2016.  While in the Army, Tony became a master mechanic, transportation manager and Jumpmaster (Airborne) out of Fort Liberty. He has been deployed to Kosovo (Yugoslavia), Iraq four times and Afghanistan. After retirement in 2016 Tony joined England Transportation.  Tony three daughters Dr. Dominique Jenkins, 30 years old Lauren 12, Alicia 11. His hobbies are fishing, building food trucks, working on vehicles, and raising chickens.
