Antonio "Tony" Jenkins, Director of Transportation

Mr. Bullard obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lenoir Comm. College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously 

Mr. Bullard obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lenoir Comm. College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously served as the Public Safety/ EMT Instructor for the Public Schools of Robeson County based on the campus of Robeson Co. Career Center.  In this role he equips classes of high school seniors the skills to become certified as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician. Jody also serves on various board in the county and community and enjoys helping others.

Antonio "Tony" Jenkins, Director of Transportation

Tony was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He joined the U.S. Army on November 25, 1994, and proudly served his country until his retirement in September 2016. During his military career, Tony earned distinctions as a Master Mechanic, Transportation Manager, and Airborne Jumpmaster, serving out of Fort Liberty. His deployments inc

Tony was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He joined the U.S. Army on November 25, 1994, and proudly served his country until his retirement in September 2016. During his military career, Tony earned distinctions as a Master Mechanic, Transportation Manager, and Airborne Jumpmaster, serving out of Fort Liberty. His deployments included Kosovo (Yugoslavia), four tours in Iraq, and service in Afghanistan.


After retiring from the Army in 2016, Tony transitioned into the private sector and joined England Transportation. He is a proud father of three daughters: Dr. Dominique Jenkins (30), Lauren (12), and Alicia (11). In his free time, Tony enjoys fishing, building food trucks, working on vehicles, and raising chickens.

Tina Locklear serves as the Community Event Liaison for Southeastern Life Center. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Tina retired from the Public Schools of Robeson County after a dedicated career as a School Social Worker. She a

Tina Locklear serves as the Community Event Liaison for Southeastern Life Center. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Tina retired from the Public Schools of Robeson County after a dedicated career as a School Social Worker. She also worked part-time as a Qualified Professional with Southeastern Integrated Care beginning in 2023 before transitioning into her current role with Southeastern Life Center. In addition, Tina has extensive experience serving clients as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate, bringing a strong background in behavioral health, community engagement, and client advocacy to her work.

Mae is known for her commitment to supporting both her team and the community. She values family deeply, and the support of her husband, Randy, her daughters, Michelle and Brittany, their husbands, and her six grandchildren remains a meaningful source of motivation and success.

Wendy is originally from the small town of Red Springs, North Carolina. She is the proud mother of two children, Whitney and Aaron, and a loving grandmother to her grandchild, Jayden, who is truly her pride and joy. Wendy has been married to Anthony Wynn for 10 years.


Wendy has been employed with Southeastern Life Center for four years.

Wendy has been employed with Southeastern Life Center for four years. She began her career as a Client Transporter and was promoted in 2025 to Transportation Manager. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations within the dispatch office and manages the referral coordination department.

Mariah Leviner is a Transportation Dispatcher at SE Life Center, where she plays a vital role in coordinating routes, managing daily logistics, and supporting drivers to ensure reliable, on-time transportation services. She is known for her strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and commitment to operational excellence.

She is known for her strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and commitment to operational excellence.

Outside of work, Mariah is a dedicated mother of two children, ages 16 and 8, and is excited to welcome her third child in May 2026. She is an outgoing and family-oriented individual who values meaningful time with loved ones and believes in living life with purpose, gratitude, and enthusiasm.
