College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously served as the Public Safety/ EMT Instructor for the Public Schools of Robeson County based on the campus of Robeson Co. Career Center. In this role he equips classes of high school seniors the skills to become certified as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician. Jody also serves on various board in the county and community and enjoys helping others.

MaryJane Richardson was born and raised in Lumberton, NC, the daughter of Herbert L. Richardson, a district court judge, and Patricia Richardson, a teacher of academically gifted students. MaryJane is an alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill (B.A. Political Science), North Carolina State (Master of Public Administration), and Campbell University School of Law (Juris Doctor). After obtaining her law license, Richardson began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Hoke County in 2016 and now works with the Robeson County District Attorney’s Office.
Although Richardson spends most of her days practicing criminal law, she enjoys seeing how administrative law impacts the daily lives of all people through her work with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Pathologists and Audiologists and as a council member of the NCBA’s Administrative Law Section.

Prior to his position as Cumberland County Director of Mental Health, Hank served in other leadership positions at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Stedman-Wade Health Services, Inc., N.C. Office of Rural Health Services, Lumber River Council of Governments, and the N.C. Division of Health Services.
He retired from civilian service in January 2019. Hank has served on numerous boards and commissions throughout his 44 years of professional, civic and community service.
He retired from the military in 2010 after serving 37 combined years in the U.S. Army and the N.C. Army National Guard. During his military retirement ceremony, Hank was awarded the U.S. Army Meritorious Service Medal. He is also a recipient of the North Carolina “Order of the Long Leaf Pine” presented in 2011 which is the highest award for state service granted by the Office of the Governor.
Hank is married to Alisa Evans-Debnam. They have two daughters, Dr. Deidra Ellen Debnam and Diana Nicole Debnam. They are members of First Baptist Church, Fayetteville, N.C.

Before opening her business in 2003, Allison taught in the Public Schools of Robeson County for 4 1/2 years.
Allison is active in the community and has served on multiple boards, including the Robeson County Chamber of Commerce, LRDA Policy Committee, UNCP Alumni Board, and the Lumberton Local Advisory Board of First Bank. In addition, she chaired the North Carolina Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists Board of Examiners in 2017. She is currently vice chair for UNCP Board of Trustees.
She has been honored with the 2015 Small Business Award from the Lumberton Chamber of Commerce and the UNCP Outstanding Alumnus Award in 2014.
