Mr. Bullard obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lenoir Comm. College, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Care Management from Western Carolina University, master’s in public administration from South University, and currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University in the Public Administration program. Jody previously served as the Public Safety/ EMT Instructor for the Public Schools of Robeson County based on the campus of Robeson Co. Career Center. In this role he equips classes of high school seniors the skills to become certified as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician. Jody also serves on various board in the county and community and enjoys helping others.
Sandra Oliver was born and raised in Robeson County as the oldest of three children to Ralph Preston Britt, Sr., and Hazel Allen Britt. She married Justin Oliver, of Marietta, North Carolina. They have two children, David “DJ’ and Catherine Oliver. She also has two beautiful grandchildren, David and Sam, that she loves to spend time with

She attended Campbell and Pembroke University, where she earned a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Education. She was also certified as a reading specialist.
In her early years of employment, Sandra worked as a teacher for the Dillon County School System. She also worked for Southeastern Mental Health as a vocational evaluator. The highlight of her career was serving as the Executive Director for the United Way of Robeson County for 30 years. This position afforded her to play a major role in starting, funding, and maintaining over 70 health and human services programs and resources in Robeson County. She is well known for her fundraising events such as Dancing with the Robeson County Stars where she raised over $750K to start and support the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
Over the years Sandra has served on several community boards and has been an active member of local civic organizations. She currently serves on the board of Historic Robeson, as Secretary of the Sidney Lanier Book Club, SPRC Chair of Olivet United Methodist Church, Treasurer of the Marietta Cemetery, and the Chair of the Robeson County Community Foundation. In 2015, Sandra was awarded with the honorable State of North Carolina the Order of the Longleaf Pine Award.

MaryJane Richardson was born and raised in Lumberton, NC, the daughter of Herbert L. Richardson, a district court judge, and Patricia Richardson, a teacher of academically gifted students. MaryJane is an alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill (B.A. Political Science), North Carolina State (Master of Public Administration), and Campbell University School of Law (Juris Doctor). After obtaining her law license, Richardson began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Hoke County in 2016 and now works with the Robeson County District Attorney’s Office.
Although Richardson spends most of her days practicing criminal law, she enjoys seeing how administrative law impacts the daily lives of all people through her work with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Pathologists and Audiologists and as a council member of the NCBA’s Administrative Law Section.
Tony was born and raised in Long Island NY and joined the military on November 25, 1994 and served our country until September 2016.
